It was 38 percent occupied during Alan's due diligence period, but prior to closing, Alan signed a Rock Climbing Gym and Dog Groomer, bringing the occupancy up to 62 percent. Alan is working to negotiate with potential tenants to fill the remaining vacancies. His planned renovations include: a complete overhaul of the facade, new monument signage, sealing and re-striping the parking lot, replacing the roof and updating the HVAC systems.
